How this information is used

Information submitted through a form is used to communicate with the person who submitted it, to provide the service or resource that was requested, and to improve this website and how it communicates with visitors. This site does not sell submitted information, and does not share it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to Jacob by email through Resend, an email-delivery service. This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request details, to operate and secure the site. These providers handle information only as needed to provide their services.

Home search and listing displays on this site are provided by RealScout. When you use the search, save a search, or create an account there, RealScout collects the information you give it and shares it with Jacob so he can follow up. Its handling of that information is governed by RealScout's own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and form submissions, so Jacob can see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not follow you to other sites. This site does not use advertising pixels. The RealScout home-search tools load RealScout's code, which may set its own cookies to run the search and remember your preferences. Neighborhood maps are shown from OpenStreetMap, which receives standard request information, such as your IP address, when a map loads.

Data retention

This is a general description, not a legal guarantee: information submitted through this site is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide the resource or service requested, maintain basic business records, and meet any applicable obligations.

Your choices

You can contact Jacob at jacobrdho@gmail.com to ask about information you've submitted, or to ask that future newsletter emails stop.

Children

This site is not directed toward children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site or business changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
