Growing up
I grew up in San Jose, the son of a realtor. I spent my weekends driving through neighborhoods — Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Saratoga — looking at the homes I loved and imagining what it would be like to design them myself. When I went to college in Orange County, the habit followed me. I spent weekends driving through LA neighborhoods the same way, just looking.
Why real estate
I got my real estate license because I wanted to learn homes from the inside. Real estate is the fastest way to see how homes are priced, how they fail, what buyers actually want, and where the gaps are between what's built and what should be.
The bow
My dad brought a giant bow to a Christmas-time closing once and placed it on the front door of his clients' new home. That moment shaped how I see this work — it's about milestones, not transactions.
Where this is going
The long-term vision is a design-build practice — designing and building mid-century-modern-inspired homes for how we live now. Not replicas. Not period pieces. Homes that take the thinking of mid-century modern and apply it to today's problems: energy, climate, family, technology.

New construction experience
Before becoming a full-time agent, I worked in new home sales. I learned how homes are built, how builders price, and what buyers ask once the walls go up.
San Jose roots
I grew up in San Jose. I know these neighborhoods as someone who lived here, not just from listing data.
Raised around real estate
My dad was a realtor and mortgage consultant. I grew up hearing how deals come together, and why some fall apart, long before I had a license.
A head for the numbers
I studied finance at Chapman University. Comparable sales, pricing, and the math behind an offer are where I'm comfortable.
An eye for design
I see homes the way a designer does: what's original, what's worth keeping, and which renovations cost more than they add.
Full-time, with a full brokerage
Real estate is my full-time job, and I'm with Keller Williams Bay Area Estates in Los Gatos, so there's a whole brokerage behind every transaction.

Outside of work
When I'm not working, there's a good chance I'm on a golf course. I've played since 2021, and my favorites so far are Pebble Beach and Spyglass Hill.
I'm also a car guy: I drive a 1989 BMW 325i (E30) and a 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera. And I'm a lifelong Bay Area sports fan, following the Warriors, Giants, and Sharks, and the 49ers, where I've had season tickets since 2011.
I still spend a lot of weekends the way I did growing up: driving through neighborhoods, looking at houses.

Do you only work with Eichlers and mid-century homes?
No. I help buyers and sellers with all kinds of homes in San Jose, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Los Gatos, and Saratoga. Mid-century homes are my specialty, not a limit. I also work in Santa Cruz and Monterey, for mid-century homes only.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes. I'll walk you through every step, from pre-approval to closing, and explain what each document means before you sign it.
Are you a full-time agent?
Yes. Real estate has been my full-time job since 2025. Before that, I worked in new home sales.
How long have you been licensed?
